Nose - Honeyed figs and dates with hints of caramelised pineapple and chocolate orange.

Palate - Rich fruit cake and prunes with stem ginger, cinnamon and orange essence leading to gentle toasted oak.

Finish - Long and rich with oak, spice and orange.
