Suntory Old Whisky is a mid-market blend which is ideal for casual occasions. Produced as early as 1940, it first came on the market in 1950 and gained much popularity in the post-war era. Suntory Old may be regarded as the company’s first attempt at marketing a luxury whisky. Suntory Old Whisky is darker in colour with a balanced nose. The palate is medium-bodied with slight spicy kick at the finish. The high 86 proof makes it an excellent Japanese sipping whisky.
