Where do you ship to?
We ship to customers in Australia (except NT), Japan and New Zealand. For any other countries, please contact us here to inquire.
How does the spend $300 or more and get free shipping work?
Simply spend $300 or more and get free shipping via Sendle.
Applicable to Australian customers in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT only.
Not applicable for PO Boxes or Parcel Collect addresses.
How long does it take to receive my purchase?
Typically we aim to process orders within 1-3 working days to be ready for dispatching.
For domestic delivery, we use Sendle (2-8 days), AusPost Standard (2-8 days) and Express (1-4 days) as delivery options.
Delivery times are rough estimates as Covid-19, severe weather or other factors can potentially impact delivery times even with Express.
For deliveries outside of Australia, delivery times vary depending on delivery service selected as well as processing times subject to Australian customs and the receiving country's custom clearance process.

What's the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging.

Important note about Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees:
If shipping outside of the Australia, ordered products may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the price of the products. The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the relevant custom duties, taxes and fees. Luca Collections has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered products meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes.
It’s always best to get in touch with your local customs office or government website for advice before ordering.
In some cases, customs may reject the shipping and return the order back to us. In this case, we will only be able to refund the product purchase cost and not the shipping cost as that is not recoverable from us once an order has been shipped so please ensure that your local country allows delivery of alcohol from Australia.
