Okinawa's average temperature of 22℃ and average humidity of 77% provide an ideal environment for whisky storage.

【Maturation Characteristics】
Due to storage in Okinawa's subtropical climate, the angel's share is high at 10% per year, but this allows for rapid extraction of cask components, enabling the creation of spirits with strong cask influence through short-term maturation.

【Origin of the name "Ryuka"】
Named after the traditional Okinawan performing art "Ryuka". Ryuka refers to traditional Okinawan poetry, which is sung in the local dialect. Ryuka has been passed down accompanied by the sanshin. We named this whisky "Ryuka" with the desire to create a fine spirit that will be passed down to future generations, likening the whisky to the song and the sanshin to the maker.
