Rusty Barrel Gold Rum matured in re-charred American oak puncheons that once held bold South Australian red wine for three years.
Tasting notes - Nose has aromas of banana oil, tea and valerian notes, with undertones of high esters. Nice and buttery and light on the palate. There are some green wood characters and heat on the palate too.
