About this spirit:
- By Master Distiller, Don Gerardo Pena ‘el lobo’
- 9 years old Lechuguilla (A. Maximiliana)
- From Sierra Occidental de Jalisco
- Double distilled in stainless steel still.
Nose - Strong, pungent. Ripe red strawberries, lavender, lemon grass and pineapple and a slight metal finish from steel fermentation.
Palate - Sweet aloe vera, currant, grape and apples with a touch of candy. The heat you would expect from +60% alcohol is not present.
