Kangaroo Island Spirits Wild Gin 700ml (ABV 43%)

A contemporary Australian dry gin inspired by the wild landscapes of Kangaroo Island.

Distilled with hand-harvested and locally grown ingredients: boobialla, eau-du-cologne mint, lime zest and pink peppercorns. This gin has sweet spice and citrus notes.

Boobialla, also known as native juniper, grows wild in the shores of Kangaroo Island and adds a piney sweetness to gin. Pink peppercorn trees grow on the Island. While Pink peppercorn isn't related to black pepper, it looks and tastes a lot like it. Its flavours are much milder and more complex, by bringing together ingredients such as wild boobialla and pink peppercorn, the stage is set for the wildest gin imaginable.
