This single cask pure Tasmanian brandy is matured for 3 years in virgin American oak barrels.
Tasting notes - Buttery almond nut smoothness and wooden vanillas marrying well to the dried fruit taste of sweet raisins and figs. A mineral finish matched with a high alcohol warmth of toffee and cinnamon give this freshly disgorged distillate a slow release that lingers for some time to come.
