Highland Park 25YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml (ABV 46%)

This Single Malt is the result of the marriage of different casks such as first-fill sherry seasoned European oak hogsheads, first-fill sherry seasoned American oak hogsheads, first-fill sherry seasoned American oak butts, refill hogsheads and refill butt.

Tasting notes - Deeply fragrant on the nose, with notes of peach and satsuma, delicate peat and pistachio biscotti. On the palate, spicy coriander seeds and oregano mix with gentle heathered Orkney peat. The finish is sweet and woody, with a hint of citrus peel.
