Nose - Fresh botanics, citrus, salted caramel but with gamey earthen notes.
Palate - Prominent stone fruit’s, pineapple, and gentle smoke. You can feel the warmth of the higher ABV and earthy clay amphoras. Coupled with the gamey meat flavours coming through on the palette and finish.
