Named VO, “Very Old,” this Rum is a distinctive blend of two of the earliest molasses batches, both double-distilled. Aged in wet Heaven Hill ex-bourbon barrels and complemented by three years in the tropical heat of Queensland, this combination artfully extracts deep, complex flavours.
Tasting notes - Aroma of toasted hazelnuts and dark chocolate, along with hints of acacia flower and ginger, culminating in a rich butterscotch finish on the palate.
