Brix Rum is 100% Australian made, crafted from premium Australian molasses and carefully aged in locally sourced wine barrels to create bold aromas of red fruits & oak with a lingering finish of vanilla, stone fruit & spices.
Nose - Caramel, toffee, vanilla, red cherries, peaches, apricots, candied orange peel.
Palate - Brown sugar, butter pastry, shortbread biscuits, allspice, soft oak.
