Bertrand Uberach Biersky 500ml (ABV 44.4%)

Biersky is a unique blend of beer and malt brandy.

Nose - First fruity aromas of cooked apples, candied grapefruits and orange marmalade are felt, then they give way to pastry and biscuit notes accompanied by white flowers. The second nose is reinforced with cocoa notes and brings more depth to this spirit.

Palate - Sweeter than a whisky, easier to access, there is a familiarity with rum or bourbon. The tasting remains very pleasant, greedy, fruity and exotic. Its notes of liquorice and fruit brandy (old plum, calvados) evolve gently towards caramel and candied oranges. The finish with a beautiful bitterness is both long and balanced between vanilla and woody.
