Amrut Spectrum 2022 Single Malt Whisky 700ml (ABV 50%)

Amrut Spectrum, first matured in ex-bourbon barrel, then transfer to a custom-built barrel constructed from four different varieties of oaks. American oak with level three charring, French oak with slight toasting, Ex Oloroso Sherry stave and Ex-Px Sherry stave.

Nose - Dried mango and vanilla lead with star anise, burnt oak, vanilla, and caramel in support.

Palate - Sandalwood and more vanilla appear among caraway, blackberry jam, and coconut cream.

Finish - Dried fruit and vanilla sponge remain.
