Amrut Single Cask Oloroso Cask #3897 is an Indian single malt drawn from an ex-Oloroso sherry butt and bottled at 60% ABV for Australia. A gentle reduction and siphoning process retained the whisky’s natural oils and texture.
Nose - Rich and deep, sandalwood, orange peel, supple leather, rich toffee.
Palate - Thick and sumptuous, bundt cake drizzled in orange liqueur, dark caramelised sugar and deep nuttiness.
Finish - Long and mouth-filling.
