Nose - White peach, caramel, roses, bread dough, cassia buds.
Palate - This whisky has notes of cherry, papaya, sauerbraten, cocoa, lemon, and caramel bite candies, with a hint of sherry cask aging and a possible influence from aged bourbon, all contributing to its complex and mature flavor profile.
Finish - Lemon, melon, dry sand, quince, honey, wood shavings, lime.
