Warranty

The UBIQ warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship that may occur with normal and reasonable use during the warranty period. In these cases, UBIQ will cover the costs of repair/replacement of the product(s) and/or parts of products that prove to be defective under normal and reasonable use.

Please email your name, model name, serial number (if any) and purchase date and email to warranty@ubiqwatches.com to register your purchase.

The UBIQ warranty provides coverage for any defects arising from material quality or workmanship under normal and reasonable use (excluding water damage, misuse, or negligence) during the specified warranty period. In such instances, UBIQ will bear the costs associated with repairing or replacing defective products or parts, with the warranty extending for 24 months from the date of purchase.

We advise customers to thoroughly inspect their UBIQ product before unwrapping and wearing it. Should any issues be detected, please notify us promptly for timely resolution.

It's important to note that watches purchased second-hand from non-authorized resellers are not covered by the UBIQ warranty.

The UBIQ Watches warranty excludes:

  • Return shipping.
  • Battery life.
  • Minor bezel, date wheel misalignment (within 1% of tolerance).
  • Non-metallic straps (leather, textile, rubber).
  • Normal wear-and-tear (scratched crystal, slight changes in lume and stainless-steel color/material).
  • Cosmetic damages from regular wear and tear.
  • Damage from unauthorized repair attempts.
  • Routine service or maintenance, including demagnetization or accuracy adjustments due to impacts.
  • Issues arising from use beyond normal and reasonable bounds.
  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage unrelated to material or workmanship defects.

The warranty is void if a UBIQ watch is handled by unauthorized persons (for battery replacement, services, or repairs) or altered beyond UBIQ Watches' control. No additional claims for damages are allowed.
