WARRANTY

The warranty on our products is valid worldwide for a period of two years from the date of shipping. It does not cover wear and tear including dents or scratches resulting from normal use. It also does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions (see manual) provided by Ocean To Orbit Pty Ltd.
All of our products are QC checked and shipped in working order. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product from us that is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, and / or a defective component, we will offer an exchange. If the product has been used, we will service your watch and replace, free of charge, any components necessary with in the two-year warranty period.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free international shipping worldwide, operated by DHL. For a product in stock, shipping time is usually 3 to 5 days but may take longer depending on location. Customs fees and taxes are not included outside of Australia.
The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right to request a refund or exchange. Items must be returned unused, complete in their original packaging with all documentation included. Any protective covering must not be removed as doing so will void this policy.

and fill out the form. The goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of their decision to return the items. We will make every effort to ensure your experience with us is a great one. If, however, you feel that we can do better, please let us know.

SERVICING AND REPAIRS

All of our products are QC checked and shipped in working order. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product from us that is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, and / or a defective component, we will offer an exchange. If the product has been used, we will service your watch and replace, free of charge, any components necessary within the two-year warranty period. If your watch is outside of the warranty period, we will first assess your watch and provide free of charge a quotation for any necessary repairs before proceeding. It is also possible to purchase spare parts for your watch directly from us by contacting us through our contact page
