Warranty, Shipping and Return Policy

Worldwide Free Shipping

We will use Fedex, DHL, or other Speedpost services at our disposal to provide the quickest shipping possible.

All prices are excluding tax and duties. You may be subject to local duty/import taxes if they apply; these will be claimed on behalf of local customs by our shipping carrier prior to delivery. If the taxes and customs fees are not paid, your order will be returned.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges possible as part of a warranty claim.

 

Warranty Coverage:

The Estrowerk warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of order.

The limited mechanical warranty covers cosmetic and mechanical issues that result from an error during production or assembly.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Damage due to improper use - activities such as (but not limited to) playing golf, using a power drill, go-karting can damage your timepiece. This is not covered by the warranty. Forgetting to lock the crown before swimming is also a user error and not covered under the warranty.

Damage due to modifications or procedures carried out by the customer or an uncertified third party automatically voids the warranty.

Wear and tear is part of the watch ownership experience and not something covered by the warranty. Any cosmetic issues spotted on receipt should be brought to our attention immediately. It's impossible to determine what is wear and tear and what was a cosmetic defect after the watch has been worn.

External coatings such as DLC and AR coatings on crystal will wear and the wearing pattern varies form individual to individual based on use case. This wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Lost or Damaged Items

You understand and agree that ESTRO and Luca Collections shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by any courier services. ESTRO will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

After-sales services

When customer received our watch, the package have attached the user manual & warranty card , which with model number and the date of purchase. This warranty card can be used for two year limited warranty (excluding damages caused by
mishandling and shipping cost). If customers have enquiry about the repair service, please contact us for more information.

If you have received faulty watch(es), please email us within 14 days (starting from
the date you received the watch(es). If the products have to be sent back for repair, the shipping cost (except all tax and duties) will be covered by ESTRO.

Please note that all the shipping fees and tax fee will be borne by the
customer after 14 days (starting from the received date).

We will let you know the postal details for returning the watches via email.
