The 12-year-old Non Chill Filtered Aberlour is a Single Malt that undergoes double maturation in Bourbon and Sherry oak barrels. This process results in a powerful and generous flavor profile with fruity and spicy notes. The non-cold filtration method used preserves the intensity of the flavors, making it the purest expression of the double maturation process.
Nose - Rich and fruity with subtle notes of old-fashioned strawberry jam.
Palate - Marked by the intensity of Sherry, with plum aromas balanced by rich flavors of chocolate, toffee, cinnamon and raisins.
Finish - Long, sweet and finely spicy.
