Upshot Red Corn Australian Whiskey is made with a rare variety of corn known as 'Jimmy Red'. This variety is lighter and with gentle characters of honey, apple, toffee flacours developed with a creamier mouth feel.
Nose - Soft floral, sweet, honey and butterscotch.
Palate - Delicate vanilla, old English toffee, honey, green apple and a creamy texture.
Finish - Balanced caramel, brown sugar and light chocolate.
