Totara Cask is part of the Pokeno Exploration Series. First matured in bourbon casks, then transfer to totara barrels for a second maturation period.

Nose - With notes of creamy coconut, sweet scented sap, ripe white peach and freshly cut wood.

Palate - Bitter lemon, stone fruit and hints of dark chocolate.

Finish - Long and sweet finish.
