Tasting notes - Inspired by locally foraged botanicals, MOUNTAIN Gin uses new growth pine needles and native mountain pepperberry found throughout the area. This, in tandem with fresh orange zest, lemon myrtle, juniper and coriander, creates a scent and flavour reminiscent of fresh mountain air and the smell of tall pines.
