Matured in refill American Hogshead for 33 years. Bottled in 2021.
Nose - Ripe red apple complements clementine and honeycomb. Sweet demerara sugar notes give way to watermelon and a hint of grapefruit.
Palate - Lemon sherbet and poached pear are followed by meringue. Notes of key lime pie develop alongside subtle black pepper.
Finish - Medium-bodied with citrus and subtle spice.
