EXCEPTION cognac is a blend of eaux-de-vie with and without lees, which comes from the terroirs of Petite and Grande Champagne only, aged between 40 and 60 years old. Contains no additives, sugar or caramel. Only a slight filtration is carried out to preserve its aromatic qualities as much as possible.

Tasting notes - Exception is a very rare cognac, whose aromatic richness is enhanced by nuances of tertiary notes. A cognac that will reveal a wide aromatic palette throughout the tasting. The palate is delicate and lively. The complexity of the rancios and the exoticism of the fruit perceived on the nose are quickly revealed. Warmer aromas of nuts and prunes, coffee beans and cocoa are coming smoothly. Complex and impressive length in the mouth.
