This single malt is a limited release of the Lark's Rare Cask Series. Matured in Bourbon cask then finished in rare Japanese Mizunara Oak cask.

Nose - Freshly baked apple pie with a dusting of icing sugar, creamy French vanilla slice and a bouquet of sweet incense.

Palate - A buttery arrival of fragrant oak spice and velvety toffee, with developing mango pudding and a hint of candied citrus.

Finish - Affogato and custard Danish pastry with a touch of sweet fragrant tobacco rounding out the event.
