This single malt whisky is an exquisite limited release from LARK in celebration of the Year of the Wood Dragon.
Crafted to captivate, this luxurious elixir has been meticulously aged in first-filled port and sherry casks, embodying both tradition and innovation. Sitting at 46.8% ABV it is rich, viscous, confident and strong in flavour just like the dragon it represents.
Nose - Toffee apple and custard, with fresh citrus and subtle floral oak developing over time
Palate - Tender dried figs and stewed fruits combine with rich malt, silky plum pudding and red berries.
Finish - Rich and warming with creamy caramel and aged tawny oak.
