Chinotto Cask Release is testament to Lark's continued dedication to creating the world's most innovative whisky. Born in the 1950's, Chinotto is Italy's most beloved sparkling drink, with distinct bitter orange flavours from the citrus oils of the myrtle-leaved Chinotto oranges of sun-kissed Southern Italy.
Nose - Blasts of burnt orange, toasted cinnamon and peat smoke jump from the glass.
Palate - Buttery crepes suzette, accompanied by intense smoky marmalade and grape fruit that dominate the moment.
Finish - Oily triple sec, earthy peat and dried apricots are moreish, wrapping up the experience in exquisite fashion.
