The Reflexion collection embodies Lallier signature style; a perfect balance of our four atmospheres: Freshness, Purity, Depth and Intensity.
R.021 is crafted from 49% Pinot Noir, 44% Chardonnay and 7% Meunier. It is blended across multi-year harvests. With 70% from the 2021 harvest and 30% from the 2020 reserve wines.
Nose - Very clear aromas, dominated by citrus fruits like lime and mandarin, completed by elegant floral notes. More mature notes such as brioche or fresh hazelnut complement the bouquet.
Palate - The attack offers great purity and freshness, with a very delicate salty sensation. Then, the power coming from the Pinot noir and the soft roundness typical of Meunier dominate the palate. The finish is long and deep, with a beautiful aromatic maturity.
