Oloroso Sherry Barrel Aged Gin is the second release of the Barrel Aged Series.
The Oloroso Sherry casks are sourced from Montilla in Southern Spain. After maturation, the gin has an added delightful nutty, caramelised flavour to it. Slightly sweet with hints of dried fruit & spice layered over the pine and cinnamon notes.
