The Fierce III Shiraz is made from grapes grown in the Southern Barossa Valley. 100% matured in new oak and seasoned oak with various toasting levels.
Nose - Plums, clove, brown spices and dark chocolate.
Palate - This wine is rich, generous and rounded. A mid palate dark fruit and spicy flavour explosion with velvety tannins from fruit and oak giving depth and length. The fruit characters of dark chocolate and clove notes typical of Barossa Valley Shiraz brings a satisfying intense persistent full bodied red wine.
