Baker's Bourbon Whiskey Aged 7 Years 750ml (ABV 53.5%)

A fiery, well aged cask strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Jim Beam. This juice forms part of their range of super-premium small batch bottlings, and is made to a special recipe developed by Jim Beam’s grand nephew, Baker Beam. Aged for no less than seven years in new American oak barrels, this is a complex, full bodied offering.

Nose - Lots of freshly cut red apple with dark honey, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and bright white oak. With time, the classic toasted nut aroma that typifies Beam emerges.

Palate - Peanut butter on burnt toast takes hold immediately, followed by a rich, sweet vanilla, and layers of charred oak, rye, and caramelised orchard fruits.

Finish - Very long, with lasting cinnamon, black liquorice, corn sweetness and charred oak. A seriously impressive Bourbon.
