Nose - Multifaceted aromas of raisins, cherries, clay, aromatic oils, browned butter and sweet notes of cooked agave.

Palate - Full-bodied mouthfeel with organic sweetness. Notes of clay, cacao, dried fruits and wildflowers.

Finish - Long warm and complex finish. Powerful yet soothing. Delicate agave sweetness with characteristic flavours of Sola de Vega Tobala
