About this mezcal
• 11 Year old wild Agave Papalometl “Cupreata” Capon• Handmade in El Calvario, Guerrero
• 200 L Copper Alembic Still, triple distilled with oranges, mandarins, lemons and cinnamon.
• Triple sediment cellulose filtration
Nose - Intricate and subtle herbal aromas of tarragon, bay leaf and rosemary with earthy mineral notes of pine resin, tree sap, aged leather and worm salt.
Palate - Full bodied mouthfeel with complex flavours of salted herb butter, jasmine tea and botanical notes of grass, sage and eucalyptus leaf with a delicate hint of smoke.
Finish - Long and complex finish with an oily minerality that lingers and leaves the palate salivating for more.
