Bicuixe agaves from Miahuatlan,
Oaxaca is known to exude strikingly herbal
and vegetal flavours and aromas. It is a subvariety from the "Karwinskii" agave family.
Nose - Intense dill, fennel, pine needle, grapefruit rind and menthol.
Palate - Anis, spring flowers, salty caramel, cinnamon, stone fruit and limestone.
Finish - Medium dry finish.
