Draken Watches
Warranty
All Draken watches come with a 2-year limited return-to-base warranty which covers the watch from malfunction or damage, which in our sole opinion is due to a defect in material or workmanship. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse/physical force, or normal wear and tear. Any attempt made to repair or modify the watch without prior consent will void the warranty.
CLAIMS
If you have a valid claim and have discussed the issue with us first, we will instruct you to send the watch back to us via your national postal service, using a tracked option. Return-to-base means that it is your responsibility to get the watch back to us at your cost.
Note: Upon sending the watch back to us, please declare on the shipping airway bill that it is a ‘Damaged watch for repair’. Once we have received the watch, please allow up to 15 working days for the repair, depending on the severity of the issue.
Due to delays caused by shipping in some countries, we may recommend that you take the watch to a qualified local watchmaker for repairs. This may only be done after contacting us to discuss the issue and establishing the best course of action.
Once the repair is complete, we will send the watch back to you at our expense via courier. We will mark on the return shipment that it is a ‘return from repair’, and include any previous inbound shipping notice. We will not be responsible for any duty or taxes incurred as a result of any customs complications.
Important note about customs charges:
If shipping outside of the Australia, your order is likely to be subject to Customs duty and taxes as it arrives in the destination country. You will be contacted directly by Customs for this payment. Unfortunately we don’t know how much the charges will be as it varies depending on the receiving country. It’s always best to get in touch with your local customs office or government website for advice before ordering.
