Prieto y Prieta is a Mexican whisky made from 100% corn. Fermented in stainless steel and distilled in copper stills.
Nose - Red apple with honey, vanilla and hazelnut notes with a hint of dried peach. On the finish tiramisu and a delicate scent of caramelised wood.
Palate - Creamy texture, combination of Neapolitan custard and cinnamon. Dry finish with notes of maples syrup and cherries. Slight pleasant acidity and hints of tobacco in the aftertaste.
