Roaring Forties - With aromas of subtle oak, twist of lemon, vibrant florals, oatmeal, cream, dried apricots and a hint of cacao. On the palate, there is vanilla ice cream with strawberry, sultanas and a whisper of smoke.

Aurora Australis - Initial aromas of Crème brûlée and warm brioche, followed by buttery shortbread and rich vanilla custard. Hints of gingerbread and delicate florals add balance. On the palate, apricots and ripe peaches in velvety custard brightened by bursts of pineapple.
