The sublime character of this extra anejo tequila is only possible through its extended aging period of five years: first in American whiskey casks then separated into amontillado, oloroso and pedro ximénez sherry casks before being recombined.
Nose - Sherry, dried plum, raisin, ripe apricot, brown sugar, clove, cinnamon, cacao and an intense aroma of oak.
Palate - Dried plum, cinnamon, cacao ad clove with hints of tobacco and a long finish of dried plum and caramelized walnut.
Type: All Tequila
