Wheat Whiskey is crafted using premium wheat sourced from Western Australia. Its high protein content lends its silky soft, honey rich characteristics. The product undergoes a minimum 4-year aging process in Char#3 Virgin American White oak barrels.
Nose - Fruity, brown sugar and slight flora.
Palate - Raisins, maple syrup, vanilla, caramel and sandalwood.
Finish - Raw honey, dried fruits and cherries.
