This SHIN Blended Whisky is crafted from carefully chosen malt and grain whisky, aged in ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, and finished in rare Japanese Mizunara Oak.
Master Distiller Ken Usami expertly blended the whisky to create a smooth texture with a sweet vanilla aroma, elegant woody notes, and a delicate sandalwood finish from the Mizunara Oak.
Nose - Vanilla, caramel, and delicate fruity flavor.
Palate - Subtle sweetness, with toasted bread flavor and hints of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish - Woody aftertaste with oriental sandalwood aroma.
