A new school take on an old school legend, a bootlegger’s gin fuelled twist on the original cocktail - the Old Fashioned. Made with the Prohibition's famous Shiraz Barrel Aged Gin and stir it down with both classic and aged bitters, before lightly sweetening with sugar cane, walnut and wattle seed.
