Plantation Panama 2008, distilled in column still. Matured 12 years in bourbon casks, then 1 year in Ferrand casks. Finish with 7 months in white Pineau des Charentes wine cask.
Nose - Fragrant, fruity and flowery, it starts on vine flower, lilac and lime, with apricot, peach and plum and hints of honey, almond and vanilla.
Palate - Fresh and sweet, it follows the nose with fruity notes of orange, figs, quince with hazelnut, pepper and cinnamon.
