Penelope Architect is the result of a collaboration with Tonnellerie Radouxof France, the market leader in oak barrel manufacturing and innovation. The use of French oak staves and state-of-the-art OakScan® process to build a truly precise flavor profile within every bottle.
Made from a blend of 3 bourbon mash bills comprised of 4 grains (Corn, Wheat, Rye, and Malted Barley) finished with 2 different types of French Oak Staves.
Nose - Sweet candied cream and floral with hints of crème brûlée.
Palate - Creamy sweetness transitions from the forward notes and into the body, herbal, floral and cream.
Finish - Rich vanilla that leaves a long lingering finish with some heat.
