Inspired by summer, for drinking all year round. Fresh thyme and lemons are vapour infused in Patient Wolf's custom made Muller copper still to produce a lively gin bursting with lemon zest and delicate piney freshness. Best enjoyed poolside, in a hammock or on a rooftop.

Lemon zest and fresh green thyme makes a slightly lighter, refreshing style gin. Bright, lively, and bursting with fresh lemon before moving to piney juniper, which is perfectly complimented by fresh thyme which offers fresh green notes. The palate leads to a light floral note, with juniper ever present, before finishing on a subtle sweetness from tonka beans.
