Pink Pepper Gin, developed in collaboration with Hains & Co, one of Australia's premier gin bars and an Adelaide institution.

Pink Peppercorn and Sichuan pepper deliver an exciting spice profile that marries beautifully with the citrus notes of pink grapefruit and mandarin. Due to this spice and citrus complexity this gin works wonderfully with food.

Pink Pepper Gin includes the distillery's 9 signature botanicals and also includes 7 other botanicals unique to this gin. These include pink peppercorn, Sichuan pepper, pink grapefruit, mandarin, poppy seed, gunpowder tea and pink Murray River salt.

Nose - Pink grapefruit zest and juniper pine jump from the glass with crushed pink peppercorn and toasted Sichuan adding spice and fruit notes

Palate - Bright mandarin and grapefruit combine with fragrant orris character developing into warm pepper spice, with poppy seed adding a rich textural complexity. Gunpowder tea, Sichuan pepper and pink Murray river salt linger and add length
