Agave Australis Rested. Made using 100% locally-grown blue Weber agave and traditional techniques, this small-batch spirit is a true reflection of the unique terroir of the Atherton Tablelands region in tropical North Queensland, Australia. Double distillation in copper pot Holstein still.
With smooth, authentic agave taste it is perfect for sipping neat or mixing in your favourite cocktail.
