Millstone Peated PX Cask Dutch Single Malt Whisky 700ml (ABV 46%)

Aged for at least 4 years in Pedro Ximinez casks. Millstone Peated PX has an underlying fruity character that is carefully created by the crystal clear batter and the long cool fermentation with both brewers and still yeast. Followed by a slow and gentle distillation before filling this whisky into the best Pedro Ximenez casks.

Nose - Rich and fruity with the soft smokiness from a summer campfire. The smoke is beautifully rounded and fully integrated in the richness of the PX cask. Married into the smokiness there is beautiful fruitiness of citrus with raisins and plums and some hints of liquorice and herbs.

Palate - Gentle smoke combined with chocolate and orange zest. This is followed by some herbal flavours that end with a hint of grassiness.

Finish - Long and luscious with dark chocolate ending in subtle smokiness
