The Collection 78 is a rare eaux-de-vie from the terroirs of Grande Champagne.
Nose - A first gourmet nose of candied fruits, apricots, figs. Once opened in the glass, subtle notes of mango compote and ripe apples appear, followed by pastry aromas, custard, and orange blossom. The olfactory finish takes you to fresh wood and cigar box notes.
Palate - Light tannin and great length, with a dominance of very ripe fruit that gives its beautiful naturally sweet roundness.
Finish - Silky and a very slightly toasted hint on the finish.
