This Single Malt was matured for 2 ½ years in small French oak tawny casks of South Australian origin.
A winter warmer, this full flavoured whisky was double distilled and is non-chill filtered to retain depth of character.
Nose - A sweet pleasant nose, with maraschino cherries, berries, raisins and toffee.
Palate - A smooth, rich mouthfeel is coupled with tawny-influenced flavours of dried fruit, Christmas pudding, cinnamon and clove.
Finish - A long, warming finish with sweet tawny flavours dominating.
